The Orange County Crime Lab (OCCL) makes portions of its Quality System Manual (QSM) available to defense attorney offices strictly for purposes relating to criminal cases. Before the QSM may be downloaded, OCCL requires a signed agreement from your office to be on file. Once the agreement has been received, your logon credentials will be e-mailed and you may download the QSM at your convenience.
